Success Real Estate Training Centre (RTO#46398) offers the NSW Assistant Agent Course working alongside Lee Woodward, Real Estate Trainer, producer, editor and presenter of multimedia education for progressive real estate agents.
Each module is a collaboration with Lee Woodward and Emma Jefferies discussing the essential knowledge, skills and practical insights needed to succeed in a dynamic real estate landscape as an Assistant Agent to the leverage agent.
This course strives to create an engaging learning environment that promotes hands on experience, ethical practices, and lifelong success opportunity to begin their career in real estate through this course.
Where can it take your career?
The NSW Assistant Agents Course is designed the entry level to your real estate career. This course meets the educational requirements for Assistant Agent in New South Wales.
The units of competency completed for this course meet the Training Requirements to register as an assistant agent in New South Wales Note that completion of the course does not automatically result in registration, grading is required each module. After completion of the course, you may apply to become an Assistant Agent NSW via the Office of Fair Trading. Note that you will be required to provide valid identification, evidence of having completed this training, undergo a Criminal History check, and address relevant fees.
How is the course delivered?
Delivery – Training is of a blended delivery method. This course forms part of CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practices
Registration Certificate – 5 units of competency are to be completed from the mandatory core units CPP41419 successful submission of assessment and completion of grading, a Statement of Attainment will be issued. The Statement of Attainment is then used by the student as evidence to the Office of Fair Trading to show that you have completed the study requirements to apply for the NSW Assistant Agent
to show that you have completed the study requirements to apply
Course Delivery
Self-paced The student will complete the learning and assessment at their own pace and preferred hours from their own home/office. Access to a Trainer and Assessor who holds extensive Industry knowledge and skill is available at every step to assist.
Course duration
This course can be completed in your timeframe however is designed to take up to maximum 52 weeks(Including weekends and public holidays).
The delivery method is flexible as too the duration and can vary from student to student depending on their existing level of knowledge in the Real Estate Industry, their previous skills, and experience.
